I was referred to this studio because of my back problem. I tried a one session, assessment to see if I liked their style, energy and teaching method.
After 5 weeks of Pilates at this studio, my chronic back pain is gone. I'm sure its the smaller muscles & strengthening the core, but I lost inches especially the fat thigh area which I think would never change. No matter how many hours I worked out it never went away. But finally the legs are 1inch smaller. The Pilates helped me to get lean and build my smaller muscles. You may think you are strong after years of weight training with dumbbells, kettlebells and all sorts of machines, but until you try this Pilates session, you wont know how weak you are.
